The forms listed in Section 1 below will help guide you through updating the Student Directory Information (SDI) and Tuition Contract via KS Connect (https://connect.ksbe.edu) as well as provide information on tuition and uniforms. School supply lists are listed in Section 2.
Please note that both the SDI and Tuition Contract need to be completed by April 30, 2015.
If you have trouble accessing KS Connect or do not have an active KS Connect account, please contact the Middle School Office at 573-7282.
