Whew! My legs are tired and a bit sore after jump, jump, jumping away the afternoon today. But it was all for a great cause… to raise money for the American Heart Society and their fight against heart disease. Every year our keiki look forward to Jump Rope For Heart and so do I.
Jumping is such a great way to keep our heart and body healthy. I love to see the keiki exercising and having fun while doing it. Some of the kids attempted to teach me a trick or two, but this teacher’s younger days are gone and the body doesn’t work like it used to. But mahalo, children, for trying anyway! I enjoyed jumping with you!
