Congratulations to our 3B presenters that moved on to the semi-finals of our 2013 Speech Festival! Five groups recited their fables to the entire Papa ‘Ekolu class as our fabulous judges used the criteria to rate the students. In the end it came down to these two groups moving on to the finals on Wednesday:
Kameron and Emma Rose (3B) reciting “The Shepard Boy and The Wolf”
Kacelyn, Emma and Karissa (3A) reciting “The Donkey and The Lap Dog”
The other semi-finalists from 3B included: Emily & Hayden, Denby & Lea, Shania & Dylan, and Isabel & Brooklyn
If you have time, come to the Finals on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 8:00-9:30 A.M. @ Lunalio Hale.
I am so proud of you all! I wish I could have been there to see the semi-finals, but I will be there on Wednesday to route for our two finalist teams from Papa ‘Ekolu! You all have grown so much from the first speech festival and continue to do a great job.
