Today we will prep to learn the different positions in the studio by loading tutorials to your laptop.\u00a0 These tutorials are designed to be watched BEFORE you come to class to perform the position.\u00a0 The goal is to rotate between 3 different jobs per block class.\u00a0 This will maximize the amount of hands-on experience you can attain.<\/p>\n
THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU VIEW THE TUTORIALS IN ADVANCE AND COME TO CLASS PREPARED!!<\/p>\n
Today you will receive some class time to get a jumpstart in watching the tutorials.\u00a0 You will watch it in the order below.\u00a0 Look for your name and your assigned crew position.\u00a0 Start at that tutorial as well as the 2 following it.\u00a0 Once you get to the bottom, just cycle back up to the top for the next position.\u00a0 So for instance Makoa will watch the tutorial for Director and CG. Wes will watch Floor Manager, Switcher, & Director.<\/p>\n
If you are all ready, we will be able to start the hands-on portion in the studio during our very next class.<\/p>\n
