Aloha and Welcome to the Na Amakihi Association of Virology (NAAV) Homepage. The purpose of NAAV is to promote the exchange of information and stimulate discussions among young virologists.<\/p>\n

2015 Virology Conference<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The 2015 Virology Conference Call for Presenters<\/strong> went out last week.\u00a0Online registration<\/strong> for all \u00a0presenters can be done here<\/a>. Please complete the form and submit no later than Tuesday, December 8, 2015. The conference program with a list of all presenters and conference details will be available on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. NAAV encourages\u00a0all presenters to prepare for this exciting event!<\/p>\n

EVENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Call for Presenters – November 31 – December 4, 2015<\/p>\n

2. Online Registration – December 7 and 8<\/p>\n

3. Presentation Slides Due – ALL CLASSES – Friday, December 11, 2015<\/p>\n

4. Conference begins Monday, December 14 and ends on Thursday, December 17, 2015. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Please check in before your class at the registration table.<\/p>\n

PRESENTER GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. EXPERT\/PRESENTER DRESS CODE<\/strong> – During conference days, all presenters need to dress the part of an expert in order to receive expert benefits.<\/p>\n

BOYS – Please wear dress pants (you may use your KS pants if you have no other pants) and a collared shirt (cannot be your school uniform). No shorts, jeans or t-shirt.<\/p>\n

GIRLS – Please wear a dress OR dress pants and a nice top. No shorts, jeans or t-shirts.<\/p>\n

NOTE: Wearing any KS uniform (except for boys dress pants) does not count as expert attire.<\/p>\n

EXPERT BENEFITS – Experts who dress for the part during conference days will be privileged to expert benefits. Benefits will be announced daily at the start of each session.<\/p>\n
