Advisory Activities
Assigned advisors meet with their advisees on alternating Tuesdays (when not assigned to Chapel) and Thursdays for a 35 minute period. These advisor/advisee periods are geared to meet program, education and organization needs. Student registration of courses for the following year is also completed during advisory. The goal of our advisory program is to meet the social, emotional and supervision needs of our age students. During advisory suggested activities include, school-wide advisor/advisee activities, TRIBES activities, core team activity, discussions on Ke Ala Pono, fire drill procedures, dress code issues, lunch etiquette, taking care of belongings, vandalism, reminders about upcoming events, current events, intramurals, etc.
