Quote Poster

You will be designing a quote poster that sends a message, inspires the reader, improves our school environment, promotes the positive, makes us think, makes us change….

You will need to find 3 quotes on 3 different subjects or categories. An example of a subject or category is life, attitude, character, friendship, school, education, respect, trust…. There are plenty categories.

You must truly believe in the quote. It should be something that you will live by, that you will be, a change that you want…

Each quote must have an author, it cannot be anonymous. You will need to provide a short paragraph on who the author is. Give us some information on that person. Do some research to provide this information. Yes, for each quote, there will be a different author and a paragraph of information on that author.

You will need to submit the quote, author, author information, and where you found this quote. This will be done in word and printed.

Due date is Wed. Jan 9th, at the end of class.

Poster

Size requirements will be given later

You will be creating at least two posters. One with graphics that you created and one using a photo or photos that you took or found in the techclass photo library. You cannot download any photo or graphic from the internet

You will use illustrator to create graphics and put them into to photoshop as smart objects. So start working on this. You will need to create several files, not all graphics on one.

You will need to think about the photo backgrounds for your other quote. Start looking for them and if a camera is needed to take photos, you may check them out but they cannot be taken home unless you have obtained my approval. They are due back the next morning.
