Mahalo to Aunties Mary (‘Ailani) and Farrah (Koa) for coming in this week to share their kuleana at work in our kaiaulu!
We learned the counselors not only help kids with how they are feeling, but are also important to watching over many activites on school campuses- they even help with homework!
We learned about the importance of our education now and later- when we may choose to go to college and have choices about what we may want to be when we are older. We also learned that there are colleges and universities in any different place and almost all of out Hawaiian Islands have places for higher education experiences. Wow!
