After reading and learning about the different story characters in the Musubi Trilogy, our class made our own musubi…. and they didn’t run away from us! Here are the step by step instructions the keiki came up with for making musubi:
1. Cook the rice.
2. Cook the spam.
3. Shape the rice into a triangle.
4. Get ginger, won ton strips, nori, honey balls and umeboshi.
5. Make your own musubi boy, girl or baby.
6. Eat it!
