Wowwee, November is near! \u00a0Here\u02bbs the happenings for the week:<\/p>\n

As your haum\u0101na were asked to share w\/you last week, we had keiki alaka\u02bbi lead our class on discussion on our Halloween paina. \u00a0This is what they decided: \u00a0A paina with games, potluck treats, and a movie! \u00a0**See previous post for more details on the process of how students are taking leadership roles & planned this event from start to finish**<\/span><\/p>\n

More students have been practicing sharing their new \u02bbike in math class…see the smiles as they are ha\u02bbaheo with ha\u02bbaha\u02bba!<\/p>\n

Mon., Oct. 30-Day 1 Rotations 2: Students will be working on presentations for huaka\u02bbi. \u00a0Reminder for students: Should already have 20 facts on each of the locations in writing tablets: \u00a0Kaipalaoa, Pe\u02bbepe\u02bbe, Rainbow Falls, and Wailuku River. \u00a0Time was given in class for this important work & was assigned as homework. \u00a0Please have this and Ipads (fully charged) in class today as it will be worked on to create projects.<\/span> \u00a0Birthday Celebration for our Oct. Babies happening today!<\/p>\n

Tues., Oct. 31-Day 2: Halloween \ud83d\ude42 \u00a0Students: Don\u02bbt forget to bring your huaka\u02bbi research & ipads, costumes and potluck.<\/p>\n

Class will be packing\/delivering Operation Christmas Child boxes on Tues., Nov. 14. \u00a0Kindly ask that items are brought to class by Mon., Nov. 13 to be able to pack boxes for shipment.<\/p>\n
