We  have been busy learning addition concepts. Keiki solved “adding to” and “putting together” problems by using pictures, concrete objects, making a model, adding zero to a number and explored the commutative property of addition (adding in any order). They took a Pre-Assessment and Post-Assessment on-line to show their depth of knowledge. Students are now moving on to learning subtraction concepts!
