Founder’s Day Auditions:
Founder’s Day auditions will be held during morning breaks in Kumu Baker’s room as follows:
  • 7th graders auditioning – (Thursday, 11.19)
  • 8th graders auditioning – TODAY (Friday, 11.20)

REMINDERS:
1.  No gum and/or candy in school.  There have been a lot of wrappers found around campus.
2.  The bathrooms near the gym in the morning are off limits until the start of school.   If you need to use the bathroom before school begins, please use the ones in Kamākaʻimoku and Keʻeaumoku Nui.

WALK ONLY:
We are instituting a WALK ONLY rule on campus UNLESS you are in PE or playing an activity during break on the field/court that requires running (soccer or basketball).  Please walk to your destination.  Students are running through the buildings, on the sidewalks, in the māla, etc. and this is a safety issue.  Be safe….WALK!  Mahalo.

TEMPORARY BUS PASS

All requests for temporary bus passes need to be submitted via email/phone to our transportation office at [email protected] or 982-0026.  Requests that are made after 10:00 am will not be processed until the following day.

PTO Imua Card Sales
In addition to the cash prize and pizza party incentives being offered by our PTO, advisories and grade levels can earn ‘Apu Lanakila points for the 2nd trimester!
  • Each advisory that sells 25 sets or more will earn 500 points for their advisory and their grade level.
  • The top three advisories in each grade level that sells the most sets will receive an additional 500, 1000, and 1500 points (3rd, 2nd, and 1st respectively) for their advisory and their grade level.
  • The top advisory overall in the middle school that sells the most sets will receive an additional 1000 points for their advisory and their grade level.

Middle School Sports:
Girls Volleyball: The 2015 KMS Girls Volleyball season is almost over! The schedule for the rest of November is:  Thursday and Friday (Nov 19-20) – Piopio Bears Tournament (Blue and Black teams only); Monday (Nov 23) – Last practice all teams (bring your uniform for picture-taking and to turn in).
