We, the students of Kamehameha Schools,
\nIn appreciation of our founder, Bernice Pauahi Bishop,
\nPledge to develop our potential in all we do,<\/p>\n

To strive to meet our responsibilities,
\nTo progress to the best of our ability,
\nTo carry ourselves with dignity and pride.<\/p>\n

So we, the people of Hawaii,
\nFor whom she cared so much,
\nGive thanks on this day of remembrance.
