A young boy named Sam is excited about the coming of Christmas and hopes to get a toy train that he set his eyes upon in a store.  Through the generous and kind actions of his parents, Sam learns that Christmas is really about the gifts that we give to Jesus&#8230; our actions towards others, especially the needy. <\/p>\n<p>After reading this touching story, our class decided to try to add gifts to Jesus in our own sparkle box.  We hope that everyone can demonstrate KAHIAU by giving to others without expecting anything in return.  As students complete their kind deeds, they will write it down and place it in our sparkle box in class. Before Christmas vacation we will open the box and share what&#8217;s inside. <\/p>\n<p>What kind deed have you done lately?
