We held our 1st trimester awards assembly this morning at Lunalilo hale.
- Kumu Crabbe recognized two students per class (24) who demonstrated the Hawaiian value of mālama during the first trimester.
- Poʻo Kula Dr. Holoua Stender presented 2 students with the distinguished Poʻo Kula academic award. These students achieved a 4.0 grade point average.
- Principal Kanehailua presented 13 students with the Principal award. These students achieved a 3.5-3.9 grade point average for this trimester.
- 115 students received the Perfect Attendance award. These students came to school every day for 51 days, with no tardies.
- Counselors Kudo and Kāneakua presented the Buddy Award this year. 9 students in grades 3 & 4 were recognized for being “buddies” to our new incoming fourth grade students and a third grader this year.
