Temperature: 70º F

Observations: Over cast.  Sunshine trying to peak out between patches of clear skies.  Little to no wind. Ground wet and muddy as it was raining during the evening.  The sun is rising later in the morning.

This picture if showing the eastern sky.  Usually in the morning the sun is brightly shining from this direction. On the side of the building are plants called ti leaf or kī in Hawaiian.  It is very important in the Hawaiian culture.  We use it to make lei, cooking, and even used to cool people off when they are sick with fever.  Also, people plant it around their homes for good luck.
