Question – How are screws related to an inclined plane?
That was the question the 4th graders were asked during their lesson on inclined plane, wedges and screws. During the 3rd trimester they will be studying and experimenting with simple machines. Besides inclined planes, they will also have an opportunity to look at levers, pulleys and wheel and axles.
