KS Land Assets Presentation & Dinner, March 10

With kuleana for approximately 365,000 acres of land on five islands, 98% of which is in agriculture and conservation, Kamehameha Schools’ Land Assets Division seeks to mālama i ka `āina by practicing ethical, prudent and culturally appropriate stewardship of its lands and natural resources. 

 In order to sustain the Schools’ endowment and Hawai`i lands in perpetuity, the Strategic Agricultural Plan was prepared to provide a framework and strategy for the short-term and long-term management of KS agricultural lands statewide.

Senior Project Invites KSH Alumni Home to KSH — CANCELLED

The seed of a Homecoming Week was planted last year by Evan Castrol ‘09.  Future Alums Brooke Malama and Dalen Nakooka have nurtured that seed as their senior project and will host an Inaugural Homecoming Week next month at KSH. 

Invitations have been mailed to all KSH alums to welcome our alums back for an Inaugural Alumni Reception and School Concert featuring Anuhea Jenkins ‘03.

KSH Welcomes Ka `Ie`ie Home

KSH faculty and staff were joined by Ka `Ie`ie to celebrate our Founder’s birthday on December 19, 2008, in Koai`a.  Following Founder’s Day Service, 86 from the Class of 2008 gathered in Keawe Dining Hall with Headmaster Dr. Stan Fortuna, Trustee Diane Plotts, KSAA East Hawai`i Region President Roy Alameida, Principal Ninia Aldrich, Vice Principal Phil Aganus, Class of 2008 Advisor Stan Oliveira, SAC Lisa Pana, Alumni Coordinator Jodie Kimura and other staff members to reconnect and enjoy fellowship.
