Kokua Needed for Rupert Tripp ‘80 Benefit Concert

On Saturday, November 21, family and friends of Rupert Tripp `80 are sponsoring a benefit concert from 10am-8pm at the Sangha Hall in Hilo.  Proceeds from this concert will help to defray medical costs which the family has incurred following Rupert’s car accident in September. 

Individuals or groups are invited to kokua our fellow alum and family with man power and food service as follows during any of the 6 shifts.  Contact Alumni Relations at jokimura@ksbe.edu

  1. Make chili bowls
  2. Make juice cups and keep juice level up
  3. Wash dishes
  4. Pick up trash inside and outside of Sangha Hall
  5. Set up / Breakdown event
  6. Keep kitchen clean

Jordan Lerma ‘09 Set to Run in Regionals

Jordan Lerma ‘09 will represent Saint Mary’s College and compete at the NCAA Division I Western cross country regionals to be held on November 14 at the University of Oregon campus.

Congratulations to our Wikolia Enos ‘08 and Brandy Shibuya ‘06.

On Saturday, November 7, Brandy Shibuya ‘06 received honors as Miss Photogenic and Miss Popularity.

Wikolia Enos ‘08 was named the 2010 Miss Kona Coffee and will compete in the Miss Hawai`i pageant to be held on O`ahu in June 2010.
