This was really cool because i cant believe a normal man would do something like that because that would take so long and allot of space, he would also have to have allot of patients.

I think it was good that he did it because it shows others that they too can go green. I also think that his wife is super cool that she had allowed him to collect that trash.

Well I think that expanding the landfill is a good idea, however I feel that it is very bad for the environment. I mean what we could do is encourage people to try to waste less so there will be no need of expanding the landfill. If that happens then there will be less trash, less pollution, and an better environment.

He is setting an example. He wanted to figure out how much waste we make in a year and how much we can reduce in waste. We should all follow his example and take place in this project and reduce in your waste. Doing this will only help us. Go greeeeeeeeeeeeen!

I think that what the man did was very different and good for the world. I thought that this was different because no one had actually recycled for this long, usually when they find out that the world is in trouble people don’t usually do anything about it. Just one guy made a difference, and I’m trying to do the same thing he’s doing but, its hard because there’s curtain people that don’t want to go green. We always take things from the world and we never give back, this is something that we should change. “Man Saves Trash For a Year” is a great article about recycling, and someday i think that we should all follow in his foot steps.

I think that saving trash is just crazy alone. To save your trash for an entire 8 months is really insane. Dave Chameides proved that it only takes one person, one voice to change people’s perspective on going green. This man was able to live with garbage in his garage weighing way less than the average household waste in America. No one ever does that anymore these days, because it’s plain crazy. I hope that someday in 20 years, it will have changed. If you think about it, Mother Nature knows how to take care of herself, just like us. When we help, it will be like speeding up the process. In conclusion, I hope to see a greener future ahead. GO GREEN!

I think saving your trash is actually a great idea. Then people can realize how much trash they actually waste through out thier whole life. Its crazy that people have over 500 pounds of waste a year. GO GREEEN!!!!!!!!!!!! or purple..

I think that this guy was very determined to protect the planet. I think that he is a good role model and that if we tried to be like him we could help heal the earth.

I think this guy was determined in his project. He is very into going green. He was so determined that I sort of thought he was crazy. It’s a great thing to see someone doing that to save the Earth.
And only 30 pounds of trash this guy is insane. This guy is a great role model and I think that If we at least tried to be a little like him we wouldn’t have so much pollution and trash in our landfills.
