Aloha, I am Cindy, I teach K-5 music.
My preferred learning style is , PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, I RARELY GET THINGS THE 1ST TIME REGARDING TECHNOLOGY.
I would love to use tech. in the classroom, however, in elementary I prefer a very hands on approach . If I get more comfortable I would love to give tech a try.
I’m trying to follow as hard as I can, thank you for going slowly.

Aloha, ‘O kahakea ko’u inoa. I teach second grade at a Hawaiian School for Hawaiian Keiki. My preferred learning style is hands-on…. learning by doing. I see technology as an integral part of how we do things in our classroom. I want students to use as many tools and programs that they can use to show their thinking and learning as well as publishing their work. We would like to share our learning with many audiences, especially the integrated learning projects that we undertake during the year that are across grade level.

1. Tana, Art Teacher, Grades K-5
2. Hands-on is my preferred learning style
3.Vision of Technology…(
1)Technology for me, as an art teacher, is a great way to explore…research and be in touch. It is a tool for ME!
(2) I have a hard time sacrificing class hands-on production time to use technology with the kids…however in certain situations learning may be improved if I include tech. I am willing to give it a try.

Aloha,
I am Pumehana and I am one of two fourth grade teachers here at KSH.I am a visual learner and learn best when things are hands-on. I like to see the whole picture before going step by step. I see technology as a must in our classrooms. I am currently trying to integrate more into my daily lessons. I also want to make sure that what we do is realistic, fun, and valuable to the learning of my students.
