Dress Days for Homecoming 2016

Monday, September 19 – (B day)
Tie­Dye Monday
Description: Break out the Tie­Dye apparel from the 60’s

Tuesday, September 20 – (A day)
Disney Day
Description: Wear your favorite Disney apparel.(shirts, costumes, etc) or dress like you your favorite Disney character.

Wednesday, September 21- PM Assembly Schedule ­(B day)
Nerds & Jocks Day
Description: Take your pick and be one for the day. Your “funniest nerdiest” outfit or your Declaration of Jockhood. You choose.

K­8 Homecoming Pep Rally in Kahekili Gym at 1:50pm

Thursday, September 22 – (A day)
Senior Citizen Day
Description: Borrow grandma or grandpa’s most comfortable clothes.The older you look the better.

Friday, September 23 – (A day)
Cops & Robbers Day
Description: What side of the law are you on for the day?

Activities
Homecoming Carnival ­ 4:00pm­ – 6:00pm on HS Practice field fronting gym Homecoming Football game with half time parade for all grades

Dress Standards: (for dress­-up days)
● No weapons as a part of the costume (even toys)
● No tight tops or transparent clothing allowed.
● Bottoms (shorts or skirts) must have at least a four inch inseam.● Tights may be worn with shorts over the top.
● Tops must have sleeves and no midriff showing (at any time!!!!!!!!)
● No tube ­tops, spaghetti straps, or any other clothing that shows an inappropriate amount
of skin.
● Shoes, Crocs or sandals(w/heel straps) must be worn at all times
● No inappropriate pictures, symbols or advertisements on outfits.
● Hats/glasses are not to be worn inside of buildings except the in gym for the rally.
● Face Painting is allowed (please do it at home…not in the school restrooms)
● Hair Coloring is allowed but must be washed out by the time you return to school the
next day
● Undergarments are to remain “under”.
● All costumes will be monitored by school staff. If you feel your outfit may be
unacceptable, don’t wear it!!!!! (if you do wear it, bring an extra set of school clothes to
change into just in case)
● Dress days are optional … Students, who choose not to dress, are required to wear the
school uniform
