Download the latest version of Internet Explorer<\/h2>\n

Use Windows Update to download the latest version of Internet Explorer<\/p>\n

Go to Start > All Programs > Windows Update > Check for Updates<\/p>\n

Alternatively, click on the Start button and type \u201cWindows Update\u201d and click the \u201cWindows Update\u201d icon search result<\/em><\/p>\n

Make sure to enable cookies in Internet Explorer<\/h2>\n

  1. Click the Tools button (upper right)<\/li>\n
  2. Click Internet options<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Privacy tab<\/li>\n
  4. Under Settings, move the slider to the bottom to allow cookies, and then click OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Add *.ksbe.edu to the Trusted Sites<\/h2>\n

      4. Click Trusted Sites<\/li>\n
      5. Click on the Sites button<\/li>\n
      6. Make sure \u201cRequire server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone\u201d is un-checked<\/strong><\/li>\n
      7. In the \u2018Add this website to the zone:\u2019 box, type: *.ksbe.edu<\/strong><\/li>\n
      8. Click Add<\/li>\n
      9. Click Close to close the window<\/li>\n
      10. Click Apply and OK to close Internet Options<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
