The 44th president as of 2009 is Barack Obama. A man who will soon be one of the most powerful men in America! At first when the campaign first started I was surprised that there was a woman and an African American man running. I was having doubts about Hillary Clinton, but no doubts about Obama. Obama has many strengths in the campaign. He is a very strong speaker, he knows exactly what he is talking about, and most of all he has a plan! John McCain has his strengths in the campaign too. He was a senator for Arizona.
It was a good race between Obama and McCain! Now for the first time in history we have a black president! To me that is something to be proud of. November 4, 2008 we made history.
