We first took a quiz of Soutern and Central Europe. Then when we were finished, we would work on writng paragrphs 4 and 5. Once we weere finished wrting it then we would begin typing out the draft only if we finished writing all 5 paragraphs. We needed to have paragraphs 1,2 and 3 completed by today. Our homework today is to study for the quiz( S. Eastern and Eastern Europe) and if you didn’t finish writing paragraphs 4 and 5, you need to do that. You also need to type out the draft with all 5 paragraphs if you didn’t get to that step yet. When you type out the paragraphs, it needs to be double spaced, in a size 12-font, and save it as “lastnameDBQegypt”. You need to print one copy and then staple it to the back of the DBQ packet. I learned about egypt. I learned that a hieroglypic is a picture that has symbols and egyptians use hieroglyphics. One of the symbols is a cross with a loop at the top. that means eternal life. The egyptians believed in an afterlfe and that means that you will go to another world. The egyptians would prepare and build the tomb ahead of time. They would also put the Kings possessions in the tomb so the King could take it to the afterlife.One question I have is “why egyptians stopped making tombs and preparing for the afterlife?”

Today we had to take a test on southern and central europe. Than we had to work on our paragraphs 4 and 5. Than she came around the room to look at our paper and gave us suggestions on what to do. Than if we finished we had to grab a computer and type it out and have it printed by next class. Today i learned how Egyptians were patient like the pyramid they took there time because it is still standing now and they builded about 1,000,000 years ago. another thing I learned is that you have to take your time in writing your paragraphs because it has to be good. Another thing is that you can’t play around when you are doing your work because you will not get your work done. One qustion i have is that how did they know where to put the blocks on the pyramid and how did they make it stay together. Our home work is to finish our paragraphs 4 and 5 and type it as a draft then staple it to the back of your DBQ.
